Cost of Porcelain Veneers in Houston
If you would like to know what it would cost you for porcelain veneers, we need a little information first. The problem is that there are many different types of veneers. One way to save on the cost, for example, is not to do porcelain at all, but to use a high-strength composite.
If you do porcelain, there are a number of different types, but some of those may not be appropriate for you.
Here is a video presentation by Dr. Tom Hedge on the cost of porcelain veneers and other types of dental veneers. This was recorded for his Cincinnati office, so don’t call that phone number, but instead call 713-701-1783.
Types of Porcelain Veneers and Their Costs
- Traditional, full-preparation porcelain veneers. These are the most expensive and could potentially be the most beautiful.
- Minimal preparation veneers. These can be just as beautiful as traditional ones, but, because of their thinness, there might be a limitation in how dramatic a color shift they can obtain.
- No preparation options, such as LUMINEERS®, DURAthin®, Vivaneers, and other brands. Not appropriate for all cases, these become more affordable by saving time in preparation of the teeth beforehand.
- GlamSmile. This is in a category all its own. This is a technique developed in Belgium that greatly simplifies the veneering process, and can thus cut your cost in half.
Another option for an affordable smile makeover is the Snap-On Smile®. This will be a fraction of the cost of GlamSmile. Visit the link if you’d like to learn more.
Finding Out the Cost
We’ve had some bad experiences where patients have been quoted fees over the phone, and then taken offense when the fee quoted didn’t fit their case, so we have decided on a better way for you to find out the cost without any risk on your part.
Just schedule a complimentary consultation. We’ll take a look at your teeth, take some photographs of your mouth, discuss your goals and desires and the various options that may work for you. That will also give you an opportunity to meet us, see if you feel comfortable in our office, and decide if we are the dentist for you. Give us a call at (713) 701-1783, or visit our make an appointment page.
